New, genuine 3M.  They are 6" in diameter, 1/8" Wide and have a 1/2" arbor hole.  The maximum RPM is 7,500.  They are a 6A Medium finish.  This is an EXL type.  This is the narrowest wheel they make to get into very tight areas.
This is a Medium grade of aluminum Oxide.
3M Scotch-Brite Roloc EXL Unitized Wheel is manufactured with compressed, non-woven fiber construction. Its strong unitized construction provides excellent deburring and finishing. The open-web construction and uniform grain distribution provide consistent cutting action.

Silicon carbide is a synthetic mineral that is very sharp and commonly used for low-pressure applications such as paint prep and finishing. Aluminum oxide is a hard, blocky mineral that provides high cut-rate and long life. While silicon carbide breaks down faster than aluminum oxide, it produces a finer finish.
Scotch-Brite™ is a unique surface conditioning product with abrasives incorporated into non-woven nylon fibers. Combining abrasives with the fibers creates an abrasive system that delivers consistent results for the life of the product.
