Panduit GS2B TENSION TOOL (MS-90387-1 Tool) for installing Plastic Tie Down Straps as noted above.
May fit for different applications, please know application before purchase.  No original box.
This tool looks used but not abused, no defects noted and mechanism appears to work fine.  There is a tension adjustment in the handle.

-will ship with care, in a sturdy box with foam padding, via cheapest way usps priority mail.  Ship weight boxed is about 1 lbs.
