Used for the creation of male counter force dies for relief-hot foil and embossing in a single operation. Pragotherm 800 is a commonly used and popular choice for trade professionals because of the high quality results produced by the counter die.
Should be used in makeready for platen/clambshell and flatbed machines.
The die is formed when the foil material comes into contact with your heated metal die and is melted to the Pertinax base plate. For counter dies deeper than 0.25mm or multilayer dies, multiple layers of Pragotherm foil sheets can be used. Recommended die temperature approximately 130˚C.
25 sheet pack contains individual sheets of 200mm x 400mm x 0.25mm & 100ml of separating fluid.
